New on the radar: Bjorn demo

First contact: Bjorn

Thunderkick put Bjorn live on 9 October 2026, making it one of the October 2026 arrivals we picked up on the scope — a slot with a Norse, vikings and mythology theme. Our scan on 15 October 2026 logged it at 6 days old, so it is still in the window where new titles get featured and talked about. You can load the free Bjorn demo above with play-money credits — no account, no deposit — and judge it yourself before it ever touches a real balance. Bjorn is one of 61 October 2026 releases in our free-demo selection.

What's new in the mechanics

Structurally, expect 8 reels by 8 rows (8x8) paired with cluster pays. What the data sheet lists under features: cascades that remove winners and refill the grid for chain wins, multipliers that scale a win by a set factor when they land, a free spins round, usually triggered by scatters and scatter symbols that pay or trigger features regardless of position. Further down the list you will also find retrigger, ante bet and buy bonus. In practice the multiplier and cascade logic is what separates a quiet Bjorn session from a lively one.

Reading the numbers

RTP comes in at 94.22%. That is slightly below the 96% many players use as a benchmark, and it means a theoretical long-run edge of roughly 5.78% — a yardstick, not a forecast for your next hundred spins. Volatility is rated very high, which points to long losing streaks and rare but very large wins. The maximum win is 5,000x the stake — a big but not extreme cap by current standards.

Demo test plan

• Start with 200 play-money rounds at a single stake so you see the Bjorn base game properly before any feature does the heavy lifting.
• Count the rounds between Bjorn bonus triggers; if the wait feels long in the demo, it will feel longer with real money.
• Keep an eye on multipliers: in a very high-volatility slot they decide most of the big results.
• Before playing Bjorn for real anywhere, open the info screen and confirm the RTP shown matches 94.22%.

Is Bjorn for you?

On the numbers, Bjorn suits experienced high-variance players who treat each session as entertainment spend. If Norse, vikings and mythology artwork appeals to you, the presentation is part of the draw. If you prefer short, low-risk sessions, play a few hundred Bjorn demo rounds and see whether the pace keeps you interested.

New on the radar: where fresh releases land

Fresh titles like this Thunderkick release usually spread fastest through recently launched casinos, because a new brand has every reason to fill its lobby with the latest releases. Taboobet is the newest launch on our radar this year, but we do not guarantee any single game there: search the lobby for Bjorn and confirm the RTP version shown in the game's info panel. Before depositing anywhere to play Bjorn, read the bonus terms: some offers exclude certain games from wagering.

Bjorn is a Thunderkick release from October 2026 with a busy feature set and an editorial rating of 7/10 in our source data. Give the demo a fair run; if Bjorn still holds your attention after a couple of hundred rounds, it has earned a closer look.
